empty days.

i wonder where i am headed, the whole deal with trying to go mainstream is full of these dirty, ugly politics. saying that i dont feel very satisfied in a lot of ways things work around here would be such an understatement.

there is no time for reflection these days, thats why they are empty. its like you paint your hollow days and lives with these fake colors, hah. i just hope there stays somewhere within me a pure musician that manages to stay away from the effects of the 'music industry'.

i went to zulfi's studio the other day with faizan, junaid and sohail, played him a couple of our songs and he kept insisting we record soon since he really loved it. they are different from jhoot, i dont know if thats a good thing or a bad thing? i have told myself i will not hold back musicaly in this one except for the time length factor. and i will definately define the sound of the song.

other than that we are playing on 8th in KC with all the mainstream acts, which is really cool if we can pull off a nice performance over there. ali zafar, ep, call, jal etc are performing so our play list will have to be small obviously.

In other news I somehow dont have a lot to say...packing clothes in the college when you reach the children category and you have an almost palm sized shirt in your hand with a bear on it...that kind of mutes any word that might have been there in your head for all this.

hello fellow bloggers...i have been away...

sub saye pehley tu psnob jee, thanks for asking i have been very much arright :)

i have NOT been all busy and shit (thats what usualy people think if you dont post on your blog)..i have just been..um..i really dont know what the right word is..i have been 'trying' to be busy and away from people/pc...anything...i really dont know why but lol...

and..we had a gig...chota sa...and it went so very amazing...the crowd was chanting our name...chanting for jhoot...when the chorus for jhoot came, everyone was singing along and it was such an amazing feeling when you know that so many people know the words to the song that you wrote...faizan was great, junaid at guitars was good too...i messed up keyboard parts in gardish...the play list was short just two songs...karvan - gardish ka cover and our own jhoot but it was fun..it was a LOT of fun...specialy teh fact that we got so much respect was amazing.

other then that im just doing a lot of music...not studying, which is very very bad.

and other then that...the rising ka forums are coming VERY VERY SOON!
