One way out used by entities whose domains are already booked is to put it like this:therising-me.com or you can try therising.net.pk(i.e madding top-level domain of pk..but that is the last thing to do..)or make it
1.therisingmusic.com or 2.therisingjukebox.com
3.therisingonline.com
or 4.ilovetherising.com
ps:yup ,i m the same guy who's friend of Junaid.
hahah, anything would, just make a site so we can get started on posting on the forums already :P
things to keep in mind
a) availability of domain. therisingmusic.com is not available, therisingmusic.net IS
b) .net.pk or .com.pk does NOT make a good domain for a band :S its like an ISP site ro something
therisingmusic.net seems not bad but there HAS to be better options? comeone someone there be creative and get me a solutioN :D

that's all i could come up with for now. congrats on stealing the #1 spot.
therisingonline.net as someone suggested seems like the most decent option anyway. stringsonline anyone? :P
starting with - is so not an option..the problem being that...the site name should be such that if we announce it, say in a concert, it shouldnt be much of a hassle..
the problem with therisingonline.net is that if someone writes .com by mistake some canadian undergroudn band comes up :S which is BAD BAD image lol.
therisingbegins.com seems the top on the table right now :S
I guess therisingonline.net sounds cool.
And by the way, I read somewhere that Linkin Park changed their name from Lincoln Park to Linkin Park cuz Lincolnpark.com/.net domain wasn't available.
